It is also a long time since this was done.
I also feel that you did not understand the 2 lists I have.
First list - This is ordered according to the number of pairs (3 in example), the last digit is the pin number in 610 socket.
Second list - This is ordered according to the 610 socket pin numbers from Right to Left in my picture. Sorry if it was not clear.
I would also like to add that at the time, I did lot of research on this and everything (Internet, Phone) worked perfectly with the way I connected. Also the Wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/600_series_connector
is also seems to be matching the order I am mentioning.
I too would like to recommend everyone to use a qualified electrician.Arjunahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09969121579176013543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32097932.post-59565388456458098562014-06-28T11:47:39.382+09:302014-06-28T11:47:39.382+09:30Nice try but you have listed the six pins incorrec...Nice try but you have listed the six pins incorrectly each time and the photo is wrong. Interestingly each list you give from 1 - 6 is different from the others. The *CORRECT* order is
1 - Red - Line2 Tip (+)
2 - White - Line 1 Tip (+)
3
4
5 - Black - Line 2 Ring (-)
6 - Blue - Line 1 Ring (-)

Very unusual to see the third pair, and if it is present you MUST remove the shorting link between pins 2 and 3.

Also, Telstra is VERY strict on wiring, since this socket is their responsibility, only a licensed Telstra approved contractor should touch this. If they catch you doing it the fines can be quite large.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32097932.post-24952695702202805372011-09-09T01:53:21.258+09:302011-09-09T01:53:21.258+09:30Thank you for giving these good, healthy, explanat...Thank you for giving these good, healthy, explanatory and even fun tips on that topic.
xyzrxyz.2011Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32097932.post-12390098204620078572011-09-08T15:45:40.995+09:302011-09-08T15:45:40.995+09:30brinkka2011 says: Thanks so much for posting all o...brinkka2011 says: Thanks so much for posting all of the good content!
